Instructions
  1. Wash the vegetables.
  2. Cut the zucchini into rings about 1 cm thick.
  3. Cut the eggplant like a zucchini.
  4. Cut the onion into rings.
  5. Cut bell peppers into 2 halves and peel them from the seeds. Cut each half into 3 slices and each slice into 2 more parts.
  6. Cut the mushrooms into quarters or halves, if the mushrooms are small.
  7. Cut the tomato into 4 parts. Just wash the cherry tomatoes. Put all the vegetables in a saucepan.
  8. Grate the zest of ΒΌ lemon, chop the garlic cloves, and put everything in a bowl. Add The entire pack of Kamis vegetable marinade “Vegetables on coals”, add vegetable oil, and mix.
  9. Pour the marinade over the vegetables, mix gently, and leave to marinate, ideally for 1-2 hours.
  10. String the vegetables on skewers, bake over a baking dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour, on the grill – until ready. Serve with your favorite sauce as an independent dish or side dish with meat.
