This is a very tasty and simple dish. Very easy to prepare. It might as well be a substitute for a light dinner.

  1. Ingredients.
  2. Finely chop the onion, garlic and celery and fry in olive oil until transparent.
  3. Add dry white wine, evaporate.
  4. Rinse the quinoa, add to the onion, pour chicken broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the green beans and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Peel the shrimp and add to our dish, simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Prepare the sauce from melted butter, add a little lemon zest and 1 tsp lemon juice.
  8. Serve on a platter, sprinkled with lemon sauce.
