Warm Salad with Liver and Rice Recipe
Savory salad for a family feast. Easy and tasty.
Cook the steamed rice until tender in salted water.
Wash the finished rice in cold water.
Boil the beef liver and cut it into thin strips.
Chop the onion into half rings.
Chop the carrots on a Korean grater.
Lightly add carrot straws and onions in vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), then drain the excess oil, it is not necessary in the salad.
Combine the boiled carrots and onions, boiled liver, canned peas and steamed rice in a bowl, add salt to taste.
Season the salad with a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Put the finished salad in tartlets. Enjoy your meal at the family table!
