  1. We take fresh food.
  2. Cut the salmon into strips and pour over the Unagi sauce (this is a sweet sauce that is seasoned with eel in Japanese cuisine). If there is none in the arsenal, we do it ourselves easily and simply. To do this, heat the usual soy sauce in a water bath or in a microwave oven and add sugar or honey to it until it becomes viscous. If it seems too sweet to you – it doesn’t matter – add more soy sauce. Marinate the salmon for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and avocado and cut into strips.
  4. Wash and dry the greens. Tear the salad into large pieces, tear off the stalks of basil and arugula.
  5. Lightly fry the salmon in a frying pan without adding oil. No more than 5 minutes.
  6. At the end of frying, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and soy sauce to taste. Before serving, decorate the salad with tangerine slices, peeled from the films. Tangerine will give your salad a very pleasant sweet and spicy taste!
