Cut the salmon into strips and pour over the Unagi sauce (this is a sweet sauce that is seasoned with eel in Japanese cuisine). If there is none in the arsenal, we do it ourselves easily and simply.
To do this, heat the usual soy sauce in a water bath or in a microwave oven and add sugar or honey to it until it becomes viscous. If it seems too sweet to you – it doesn’t matter – add more soy sauce.
Marinate the salmon for 10 minutes.
