Instructions
Wash cucumbers, dry, cut into semicircles.
Cut the washed and dried radishes.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Pick up the washed and dried salad with your hands. In a bowl, combine lettuce, radish, cucumber and tomatoes.
Wash the zucchini, dry, cut into half circles and fry in a little olive oil.
For dressing, combine salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add zucchini to salad. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
