Warm Vegetable Salad with Cheese Recipe
My favorite summer snack. For some, it may be a snack, but for me it replaces lunch or dinner. It is prepared quite simply and quickly.

  1. The recipe specifies the number of products for 1-2 servings. If you need more-feel free to increase.
  2. Cut the eggplants into circles and fry them in vegetable oil. Put in a single layer on a plate.
  3. The next layer is bell pepper and onion, fried until transparent. I fry these two vegetables together.
  4. Then tomatoes, cut into circles and fry. Carefully transfer them to a plate with the third layer, squeeze out the garlic on them and grease them with mayonnaise if desired.
  5. Top with grated cheese and put in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes for the cheese to melt.
  6. Ready.
