I propose to cook a delicious, spicy salad of young cabbage in summer. This salad can be prepared for lunch. The salad turns out so juicy that it does not require pretreatment of cabbage. I love cabbage salads, and this one was no exception! Spicy, fresh!

  1. Chop the cabbage not very thinly. Grate the carrots on a Chinese grater. Mix lightly without effort, add salt.
  2. Cut the hot pepper into small feathers or rings.
  3. Prepare a gas station. In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, wine vinegar, squeeze garlic through a press, mix.
  4. Pour in vegetable oil and water, mix well.
  5. Add the dressing to the salad, mix.
  6. Add the chopped parsley and stir.
  7. Leave the salad in a warm place for 5-6 minutes. The remains of the salad can be folded into a jar and put in the refrigerator.
