  1. We make the sauce, which we will use to smear the zucchini strips before baking. Spread the sour cream in a bowl, finely chop the dill, squeeze out the garlic, add salt and pepper to taste. Connect.
  2. Zucchini cut into thin slices in its length. It is convenient to use this device (see the photo). You can cut it with a thin knife. My bacon is sliced, long and raw. Bacon can be taken ready-smoked. It will be very delicious with it. Then you will need to take less salt. For one strip of zucchini, I will take 2 strips of bacon, so that they match the width. I’ll put the bacon on top of the first layer. On top-a strip of zucchini. I’ll smear it with sauce.
  3. Carefully roll it into a roll. Spread on the greased form cut down. You can prick the rolls with toothpicks. I didn’t need them. On top of the rolls smeared with the remains of the sauce. Put in the oven for 15 minutes, setting T-200 C. Be guided by your oven. The zucchini is young, the bacon is thinly sliced, and everything will cook very quickly.
