Wash and dry vegetables and herbs.
Cut the zucchini into strips.
Also chop the cucumber.
Finely chop green onions and parsley with dill.
In a bowl, combine chopped zucchini, cucumber, herbs and green onions.
Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces into a bowl with vegetables.
Add sunflower seeds and Adyghe cheese crumbled into small pieces.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix olive oil and vinegar for dressing. Season the salad, stir and serve immediately.
