  1. Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds if necessary. I didn’t do it, my zucchini was young. Cut into half-rings 0.3-0.5 cm thick and fry in a frying pan, greased with vegetable oil. I fry in a single layer, sprinkle with salt, then turn over. Zucchini are fried very quickly.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into thin semicircles. Spread the salad on a plate. A slice of tomato, a slice of zucchini, etc.
  3. This turned out to be idyllic. Lettuce slightly prisalivaem and sprinkle with black pepper. Preparing the gas station. If you have olives, it is better to add vinegar instead of liquid, since it is not particularly tasty. Mix the olive oil, the liquid from under the olives, and the garlic crushed in the garlic press into a homogeneous emulsion. I do it with a silicone brush.
