Instructions
  1. Put eggs and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Whisk until a fluffy foam forms.
  3. Add milk (I have berry oatmeal) and vegetable oil.
  4. Once again, whisk everything thoroughly.
  5. To grate the washed apple in a bowl, I grated it together with the peel.
  6. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
  7. Knead the dough well.
  8. Prepare the muffin molds – I have silicone ones, they are lined with paper cuffs – and put the dough on 2/3. Put the halves of plums cut in half on the dough (prepare the plums in advance). In medium-sized molds, put the plums in the middle of the dough,
  9. Then he closed them.
  10. For 2 cupcakes, for a change, put on top of a / m of red currant, without defrosting it. We put our muffins in a preheated 180C oven for 30 minutes.
  11. That’s how rosy they turn out. Allow to cool slightly and remove from the molds.
  12. You can pour tea and treat your loved ones! Fragrant, tender, soft cupcakes, with a slight sourness of plums and berries, will not leave anyone indifferent!
