Ingredients

Instructions
  1. After collecting your harvest or going to the store, choose a sweet pumpkin variety, according to your feelings, small pumpkins are both sweet and easier to clean.
  2. Wash the pumpkin, slice it, remove the core, peel it, I prefer a regular vegetable peeler. Divide into slices that are comfortable to hold in your hand.
  3. Boil the sliced potatoes, as usual, for 15-20 minutes, adding half a teaspoon of salt. Fish out the pieces and turn them into mashed potatoes in another bowl using a blender.
  4. Further to taste: you can add butter + milk or cream and use as a regular side dish for lunch or dinner.
  5. Or add the broth in which our pumpkin was cooked, turning it into a full-fledged soup. It is good in mono, without adding frying, etc. You can add herbs or spices to taste. Enjoy your meal
