I reviewed all the options for salads with avocado and tomatoes, found many interesting options, but I never saw my salad. That’s why I’m sharing with you such a simple, but very tasty recipe. A friend told me about it, and now it’s one of my favorite salads.

  1. These are the ingredients we need. I cooked dinner for myself alone, so I took half an avocado, 2 small tomatoes and a slice (but large) of garlic. The portion turned out to be decent: it’s just right for my dinner, but it’s too much for a friend, so I noted that I would get 1-2 servings.
  2. Tomatoes cut into slices, if the tomatoes are large, you can also cut the slices in half.
  3. Peel the avocado and cut into cubes.
  4. I have a large clove of garlic, so one was enough for me. But if the cloves are small, you can take 2 or 3 pieces, because garlic gives the salad the desired sharpness.
  5. Garlic is passed through a garlic press. If this is not the case, then you can crush a clove of garlic with a flat knife blade and finely chop it.
  6. Put everything in a salad bowl.
  7. Add mayonnaise.
  8. Stir, add salt.
  9. Ready.
