I reviewed all the options for salads with avocado and tomatoes, found a lot of interesting options, but I did not see my salad. So I share with you such a simple, but very tasty recipe. A friend told me about it, and now it's one of my favorite salads.
These are the ingredients we need. I cooked dinner on my own, so I took half an avocado, 2 small tomatoes and a slice (but a large one) of garlic. It turned out to be a decent portion: for my dinner just right, but for a friend a lot, so I indicated that I would get 1-2 servings.
Tomatoes cut into slices, if the tomatoes are large, you can still cut the slices in half.
Peel and dice the avocado.
I have a large clove of garlic, so one was enough for me. But if the cloves are small, you can take 2 or 3 pieces, because garlic gives the desired sharpness to the salad.
Pass the garlic through a chesnokodavilku. If it is not, then you can use a flat knife blade to crush a clove of garlic and finely chop it.
