  2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. A form greased with oil is laid out on them. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle a little oil on top, add half a cup of water and put it in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for 18 minutes.
  3. Dorado. In the store, she cleaned the intestines and cut off the front part of the muzzle. Here I want to note that I do not clean the scales from almost any fish. In this recipe, the Dorado is removed from the skin, and after baking, the scales almost dissolve, so you can cook any other fish. If the skin is thick, then do not eat the peel. The scales contain a lot of valuable fish oil and gelatin, which is useful for our bones, skin and hair, so it’s better to cook with it, and then throw away what you don’t like.
  4. Cut the dorado lengthwise into two parts, wash, dry with a napkin.
  5. Peel the garlic, finely chop it, as well as parsley and olives.
  6. Mix with breadcrumbs. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and mix.
  7. Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with half of the mixture.
  8. Put the dorado on top, sprinkle with the remaining mixture, there is no need to press down the crumbs.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
  10. Pour over the lemon juice and serve.
