  1. Wash and dry the duck legs. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grease the mold with sunflower oil. Put the legs in the form, add water. Sprinkle with cumin. Cover with foil and bake at 200g for 60 minutes.
  3. Peel all varieties of onions and cut in half.
  4. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into quarters.
  5. After an hour, remove the foil. Put the potatoes and onions on the legs. Sprinkle with thyme and pumpkin seeds. Add salt and top with sunflower oil (2 tbsp) if the duck was low-fat. Bake for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are ready.
