Wash and dry the duck legs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Grease the mold with sunflower oil.
Put the legs in the mold, add water.
Sprinkle with cumin.
Cover with foil and bake at 200*C for 60 minutes.
Peel all the onion varieties and cut them in half.
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into quarters.
After an hour, remove the foil from the duck.
To the legs we spread potatoes, onions.
Sprinkle with thyme and pumpkin seeds.
Add salt and pour sunflower oil on top (2 tbsp. l.), if the duck was low-fat.
Bake for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are ready.
