Whisk eggs with milk, add starch, flour and mix until a batter is obtained. Add salt and sugar. Fry thin pancakes in sunflower oil. You can make pancakes according to your favorite recipe.
Pour the spinach into a frying pan with a spoonful of water and, stirring, heat it up to a “wilted” state.
Then cut the spinach mass into pieces and add finely chopped garlic to it.
Mix cottage cheese with egg, spinach and garlic, salt and pepper with black pepper to taste.
Grease each pancake with filling.
Twist the pancake into a roll, cut off the rounded edges from the sides. Cut the pancake into three parts.
Place the pancakes in a baking dish, pressing them tightly together.
Mix cream with cheese, grated on a fine grater, add nutmeg.
Pour cream over the pancakes. Place the mold in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Ready-made pancakes look very elegant and appetizing!
