  1. Wash and peel the vegetables.
  2. Cut into slices using a food processor. So beautifully sliced carrots.
  3. Also chop the potatoes.
  4. Cut the onion into 8 pieces and mix everything on a baking sheet. Put in a preheated 180 gr. bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, without watering anything. When the vegetables are almost ready, you need to sprinkle them with salt (if desired, spices). Stir, drizzle with oil and mix again. Bake until cooked.
