  1. Cookies and nuts are crushed in a shredder or in a bag, rolling out with a rolling pin.
  2. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a steam bath.
  3. Put it on the liver with nuts. Mix it. If desired, add condensed milk, adjusting the sweetness. My chocolate is black, not too sweet.
  4. I find it convenient to shape it with a sushi mat. Put a foil with a film on it. Distribute the prepared mass in the shape of a rectangle ≈ 22 × 17 cm and a height of 1.5-2 cm. In the middle of the mass, we make a small recess, into which we spread the peeled and cut in half banana. My daughter asked me to put kiwi, so I took a small banana.
  5. Lift the edges of the mat with foil and connect the top, giving the mass the shape of a pyramid (triangle). Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that the mass freezes well. Unwrap the foil, carefully transfer to a plate. Melt white chocolate with milk, decorate the dessert on top and sprinkle with coconut shavings, imitating snow.
  6. It turns out that this is such a mountain or a house.
