And vinegar with herbs is very easy to prepare yourself: fresh sprigs of greens (rosemary, sage, thyme, parsley, lovage, chervil, in a word, greens that you like) pour ordinary table wine vinegar, close the bottle tightly and insist in a dark place for several weeks.
