  1. Peel the onion and garlic and chop with a knife.
  2. A few words about the ingredients: Worcestershire sauce, for lack of it, can be replaced with a tablespoon of mustard. And vinegar with herbs is very easy to prepare yourself: fresh sprigs of greens (rosemary, sage, thyme, parsley, lovage, chervil, in a word, greens that you like) pour ordinary table wine vinegar, close the bottle tightly and insist in a dark place for several weeks.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring, for 20-30 minutes. The sauce should boil and thicken. Already chilled, pour into jars, store in the refrigerator. The yield of the sauce is about 300-400 ml.
