Put the beans in a colander so that the liquid runs down and put them in a salad bowl.
Cut the parsley and chop the garlic. Put them in the beans.
Peeled shrimp pepper and pour over the lemon juice. Add to the salad bowl with the beans.
Now the sauce: mix the wine vinegar, sweet mustard and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste and pour this sauce over the salad. Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes to soak.
