Beans with Mint Dressing Recipe
This lean dish is quite light, but nevertheless very rich in vitamins and trace elements. A special piquancy is given to it by a very fragrant mint dressing and sesame seeds.

Instructions
Boil the beans in boiling water for 4 minutes, then put them in ice water with a slotted spoon.
Boil the bulgur until al dente. Cook according to the instructions, but reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes. It should have a slight crunchiness.
For the dressing, mix the oil, honey, lemon juice, chopped herbs, mint, garlic.
Add soy sauce. Mix the beans with bulgur, pour the dressing, mix. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped nuts.
Ready.
