  1. Prepare all the ingredients for cooking the dish. Chop onion into half rings, wash shiitake, cut into large pieces.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of melted butter to the pan, put the pan on medium heat and heat well. Next, put the beef meat cut into pieces/strips. Fry the meat until lightly browned, then add the onion cut into half rings. Saute the onion until soft and transparent. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. Next, add 1 tablespoon of flour with a small pea. Mix the meat together with the flour and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add 200 ml of milk and 200 ml of water. Reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the meat in the milk mixture until tender. For 5-7 minutes until cooked add the shiitake mushrooms.
  4. Then add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Mix the meat and sauce together with the added cheese. Let the dish boil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the dish from the heat.
  6. When serving, garnish with French fries. This is a festive option. If you are preparing a dish for a casual dining table, you can garnish with any of your favorite side dishes (buckwheat, pasta, mashed potatoes, etc.)
