- Mix the beef and onion in a bowl and add the soy sauce and dry garlic. Mix and leave for 2 hours on the kitchen table. You can leave it for a longer time. For example. Marinated in the morning, put in the refrigerator, and cooked in the afternoon or evening. You can cook immediately, but as we all understand, the meat is better marinated if you give it time.
