  1. Prepare the products. Wash the beef and dry it with a paper towel. Also wash the onion.
  2. Cut the beef into long and thin slices 0.5 cm thick.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Mix beef and onion in a bowl, add soy sauce and dry garlic. Stir and leave for 2 hours on the kitchen table. You can leave it for a longer time. For example. Marinate in the morning, put in the refrigerator, and cook in the afternoon or evening. You can cook it right away, but, as we all understand, meat marinates better if you give it time.
  5. Put the pan on the stove and heat it up. Add water and lay out the meat. Cook for 7 minutes. Stir constantly, turning the pieces over.
  6. Place in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can use the broth that was formed during the cooking of meat, or you can use it without it. As you like. Serve as an independent dish with fresh vegetables. Not a gram of butter! Enjoy your meal!
