Wash and dry the chum salmon steaks.
Put it in a greased form, smear the same oil on top.
Add a little salt, without fanaticism (do not forget that soy sauce is salty).
Sprinkle with a mixture of peppers.
Fry the onion in a frying pan, cut into narrow strips or quarter rings.
Spread on steaks.
Squeeze garlic cloves into a bowl (if you don't like spicy, you can reduce to one clove).
Add soy sauce.
Pour the resulting sauce over each steak.
Put the bay leaf.
