Prepare the dressing. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, grainy mustard (Dijon), cayenne pepper (black, red or chili). We fill the salad. I didn’t salt the salad. You can salt it to taste. The finished salad can be laid out individually for everyone, adding chopped eggs, herring, grainy mustard to taste and sprinkled with herbs.
Salad can be served in a common salad bowl, cut eggs, herring into small cubes, greens and combine everything. This is another version of the view.
