  1. Put the washed and dried spinach in the bowl of a blender, pour 1 cup of milk and chop.
  2. Add eggs, salt, sugar, and butter to the milk mixture. Stir. Add flour in portions and stir. Heat the second glass of milk to a boil, add a thin stream to the dough.
  3. Bake in a greased, well-heated frying pan. Pancakes are not torn, well turned over. I got 11 pieces.
  4. Washed and dried dill finely chopped and mixed with half of the curd cheese. Spread some of the pancakes.
  5. Top with sliced cucumber and fish. Wrap with a tube and cut as you like.
  6. It can be served not only for breakfast, but also for a festive table.
  7. The other part of the pancakes is spread with the remaining curd cheese.
  8. Roll the pancake into a triangle and place it on a herringbone dish.
