  1. Prepare the onion. Take the onion, peel it from the skin. Rinse.
  2. Finely chop the onion and set aside for a while. It is not necessary to chop the onion very finely, the main thing is that the pieces are not very large.
  3. Take the chicken fillet and rinse it under running water. Peel off the streaks and cut into small pieces. Chicken, cut into small pieces, is better to marinate and cook.
  4. In the next step, we will need olive oil and soy sauce.

  6. Take the chopped chicken, put it in a deep bowl, add black pepper and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Leave the chicken fillet to marinate for an hour.
  7. Take the broccoli, rinse it under cold water and put it in a saucepan.

  11. Fry the chicken fillet until it is covered with a golden brown crust. Marinated chicken fillet is cooked very quickly. After 10 minutes, the meat will be ready. It is enough to mix it during this time so that it does not burn. Then transfer to a bowl.
  12. Over medium heat, reheat 2 teaspoons of olive oil. After it warms up, pour in the chopped onion. Fry until milky (onions should darken, but not overcook)
  13. Add broccoli to the onion, adjust the flame on the stove to a small level. Fry for 7 minutes. During cooking, mix the ingredients so that they do not burn.
  14. Add the fried chicken to the broccoli and onion.
  15. Mix everything thoroughly and fry the ingredients together for another 2 minutes. Add 6 tablespoons of water. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables for another 3 minutes. Our dish is ready! Enjoy your meal.
