Brownies with Black Currant Jam Recipe
I present you a recipe for a classic American brownie, but with some additions. I added blackcurrant jam, covered the cakes with icing. It turned out but very tasty.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients immediately before making cakes, as this is the case when everything needs to be done quickly. Mix the butter with the chocolate and put it in a water bath so that the ingredients completely melt. Remove from the heat.
  2. Mix powdered sugar with cocoa, add to the chocolate mass, mix thoroughly – the mass will become darker.
  3. When the chocolate mass becomes less hot, beat the eggs one by one, stirring thoroughly with a whisk.
  4. Mix the flour with baking powder, introduce it into the chocolate mass in several approaches, mix everything very thoroughly with a spatula.
  5. Cover the mold with parchment paper, lay out half of the chocolate dough and smooth it out so that the layer is more or less even. Spread with jam, spread over the entire chocolate layer.
  6. Lay out the rest of the dough, smooth it out again. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, bake the brownies at the same temperature for 20-25 minutes – until a light crust forms on the surface of the cakes. After the time has elapsed, take out the cakes and let them cool down. During this time, prepare the glaze-watering.
  7. Mix the warmed milk with cocoa, add butter and melt everything in a steam bath. When the glaze becomes homogeneous, remove from the heat, add the liqueur and mix everything. Let it brew for 5 minutes.
  8. Without pulling the brownies out of the mold, pour the glaze and leave overnight.
  9. Before serving, cut into squares, decorate with currant berries.
