Buckwheat in a Pan Recipe

  1. Onion (one onion) cut into small cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), in a frying pan.
  2. We take any mushrooms, ideally, of course, forest mushrooms, but, in the absence, we took boiled champignons. Finely chop the mushrooms.
  3. Put the mushrooms to the onion and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown, add salt. Transfer to a plate and let the mushrooms cool.
  4. Take any minced meat, I have pork, add finely chopped onion (1 pc.). If you are making a filling, respectively, twist the meat instead of onions. I crushed it in a blender. Add salt, a mixture of freshly ground pepper and mix well.
  5. From minced meat and fried mushrooms, make meatballs or zrazy, call it what you want. To do this, take the minced meat, flatten it into a flat cake, put a tablespoon of fried mushrooms in the middle.
  6. Form a cue ball.
  7. In a frying pan with vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), fry the zrazy (meatballs) on high heat on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Take the “buckwheat grain”.
  9. Pour the buckwheat between the meatballs in a frying pan.
  10. Pour water into the pan. In this case, 2 glasses. Salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  11. Leave the finished buckwheat on the stove, cover with a towel and let it brew, cook for about an hour.
  12. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Enjoy your meal!
