Wash buckwheat thoroughly, pour boiling water (200 ml) and cover the container with a cereal lid. Leave overnight for swelling.

To add minced chicken (can be grated) onions, starch(corn or potato), buckwheat. Salt and season the minced meat with your favorite spices (I use Adyghe salt).
