This dish is just a lifesaver for a family home dinner. Very satisfying, delicious, not expensive products and fast cooking. Having prepared this dish for dinner, none of your family will not stay hungry.
Onions (one bulb) cut into small cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), in a frying pan.
We take any mushrooms, ideally, of course, forest, but, for lack, took boiled mushrooms.
Mushrooms finely cut.
Put the mushrooms to the onion and fry for 5 minutes until Golden, salt.
Remove on a plate and allow the mushrooms to cool.
Take any minced meat, I have pork, add chopped onions (1 PC.). If you make the stuffing, respectively, twist the meat instead of onions. I was grinding a blender.
Add salt, freshly ground pepper mixture and mix well.
From minced meat and fried mushrooms make meatballs or zrazy, call it what you want.
To do this, take the minced meat, flatten into a flat cake, put a tablespoon of fried mushrooms in the middle.
Form the cue ball.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), fry zrazy (meatballs) on high heat on both sides until Golden.
Take the "buckwheat Kernel".
Fall asleep buckwheat between the cue balls on the pan.
Pour water on the pan. In this case 2 glasses. Salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
Ready buckwheat leave on the stove, cover with a towel and allow to infuse, steam for about an hour.
When serving sprinkle with chopped green onions. Bon appetit!
