I want to share a wonderful recipe. Buns always turn out to be excellent, soft. Please your loved ones!

  1. Whisk eggs, sugar, salt.
  2. In warm milk, dissolve the dry yeast and add vegetable oil. To interfere. Then add the egg mixture.
  3. Add flour. The dough turns out sticky. Divide into 2 parts. In one add cocoa, in the second a little flour. Don’t score too much. It is better then when rolling out another roll – take as much as necessary. Divide each part in half. You get 4 balls.
  4. Cover the dough with cling film and leave for 2 hours.
  5. Roll out a white-dark ball from the formation.
  6. We put a dark layer on a light one.
  7. Lubricate the layer with cocoa butter, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and roll into a roll. We do the same with the other two balls of dough. You will get two buns.
  8. Cut each roll into pieces (rolls). Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment. You can grease the top of the rolls with yolk. We put it in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Check. Almost done.
