Buns “Triple the Fun” Recipe
Very tasty buns, with an original molding and with three fillings at once. Wonderful pastries for a family tea party!

  1. Mix the milk and semolina. Cook the porridge. Allow to cool down to a lukewarm state. Add yeast and sugar to the warm semolina porridge, mix. Then add the softened butter and egg. Enter the flour in parts, knead the soft dough. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour for the approach.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out thinly. Cut into circles from a coffee cup.
  3. For filling 1: mix cottage cheese with 2 h l of sugar and vanilla to taste. For filling 2: cut the chocolate into pieces. For filling 3: chop prunes, honey and nuts in a blender. Put the filling in the middle of each circle of dough.
  4. Pinch like dumplings.
  5. Then we put 3 blanks on top of each other, overlap and pinch the joints well.
  6. Leave the buns to proofing for 20 minutes. Then brush with egg.
  7. Bake until lightly browned for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
