- 150 milliliters Milk
- 20 gram Sugar
- 5 gram Vanilla sugar
- 1/5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Orange zest
- 25 gram Butter
- 50 gram Candied fruits
- 30 milliliters Cognac
Filling:
- 150 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
Additionally:
- 1 piece Tangerine
- Sugar powder to taste
- Sprinkles sweet shop to taste

- In warm milk, add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, yeast and orange zest. No harm in making sure the zest isn't bitter. Since the flour from different manufacturers is different in quality, then immediately all of its amount should not be added. You may have to adjust the weight of the flour individually. Knead the dough is quite steep.
