Combine milk and semolina. Cook porridge. Allow to cool to lukewarm. In warm semolina porridge add yeast and sugar, stir. Then add the softened butter and egg. Enter parts of the flour, knead the soft dough. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour to approach.
