Instructions
Fresh cabbage (250 gr.) cut into pieces, then chop with a chopper-chopper into crumbs. Next, squeeze the cabbage to remove excess moisture/juice.
Add 1 egg to the chopped cabbage, add salt and ground black pepper to taste, add 2 tablespoons of semolina (you can replace the usual semolina).
Chop the mushrooms (2 PCs.) into crumbs. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the pan and fry the mushrooms in oil.
Add the fried mushrooms to the minced cabbage. Mix the minced meat well.
Not formed into large cutlets breaded in breadcrumbs. Add vegetable oil to the pan (4 tablespoons). Fry the cutlets on both sides.
Ready-made cutlets can be served with sour cream or pour melted butter.
