  1. Sift the flour with starch and baking powder. Add vanilla sugar and stir.
  2. The chocolate bar is divided into two parts. Grate one part on a fine grater. Add to the dry ingredients.
  3. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and whisk until light peaks form. Then add 1/4 of the sugar and continue to beat until strong peaks form.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the yolks with sugar and melted butter. Then add the beaten egg whites. Gently mix with a spatula.
  5. Then carefully enter the dry mixture and mix until smooth.
  6. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and lay out the dough. We send the ant pie to the preheated oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Get the cooked and cooled cake out of the mold.
  7. Prepare the glaze. Melt the second part of the chocolate by mixing it with milk and vegetable oil.
  8. Decorate the cake with chocolate icing and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The ant pie is ready! Enjoy your tea!
