Instructions
  1. Dilute the jelly in boiling water.
  2. Forms for the multi-Baker “grill” cover with food wrap. Pour the jelly into them and remove to the cold to solidify. When the jelly congeals, transfer the jelly in cling film to another dish and leave it in the cold.
  3. I make the dough in a bread maker. Put the egg, sugar, salt, milk, softened butter and vegetable oil in the bread maker bucket.
  4. Sift the flour, add the slaked soda.
  5. Knead dough.
  6. Divide the dough into approximately 10 parts. Each roll out as thin as possible. Cut a rectangle the size of a multi-Baker’s grill. From the scraps, also roll out the rectangles.
  7. Insert the grill panels into the multi-Baker. Turn on the multi-cook, wait for the green indicator to light up and you can start cooking. Place the dough layer on the bottom panel.
  8. Close the multi-Baker.
  9. Cook for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
  10. Ready-made cakes put in a stack, trim the edges to make a smooth rectangle.
  11. Chop the clippings in a blender.
  12. To make custard, combine eggs with sugar in a saucepan and mix. Add the milk and sift the flour, mix well. Cook the cream over medium heat until thick, stirring continuously with a broom. Remove from the stove. Then add the butter and stir. Let the cream cool.
  13. Grease each cake with custard.
  14. On any cakes, at your request, put jelly on top.
  15. Spread the cream over the jelly, too. The cream should be cold so that the jelly does not melt. Next, sprinkle the collected cake with crumbs from the scraps. Put it in the refrigerator at least overnight.
  16. Ready cake is served to the table.
  17. The cake turns out delicious and tender.
