Sometimes, when baking cakes and pastries, a small amount of cream or crumbs remains, with which the cake was decorated. So today I have a small amount of cream left from the cake that I baked the day before. Of course, it is impossible to prepare another full-fledged cake, but you can make a cake prepared according to a simplified recipe.

  1. Cookies (430 gr.) chop with a food processor. You can also use a rolling pin, just put the cookies in a bag and mash well.
  2. Add 110 g to the cookie crumbs. soften the butter, add 100 ml of milk. I want to draw attention to the fact that milk should be added gradually. As soon as the dough takes the desired consistency, from which it will not be difficult to form cakes in the future, the addition of milk should be stopped.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons (without a slide) of cocoa powder to the dough. Knead the dough until smooth.
  4. In a bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts, add 2 tablespoons of boiled condensed milk. The mixture is mixed.
  5. Form round cakes from the prepared dough. Add 1 teaspoon of the nut mixture and boiled condensed milk to the middle of each tortilla. Pinch the edges . Shape the sausages. Out of the total amount of dough, I got 12 pieces of cakes.
  6. Decorate the cakes to taste. In this recipe, a cream consisting of cottage cheese, boiled condensed milk and sprinkles for dough was used as decoration.
