This cucumber snack is prepared quickly and looks spectacular on the festive table. Easily eaten, but in one go. Eat to your heart’s content.

  1. Cut the cucumber into 1.5 cm thick slices .
  2. You will need cookie cutters with sharp edges and a small coffee spoon (or a special one, like mine).
  3. Use a cookie cutter to shape the cucumber.
  4. Take these flowers.
  5. Carefully remove the core with a coffee spoon, it is important not to damage the bottom.
  6. Put the finished cucumber mold on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
  7. Prepare the filling: mix mascarpone or Philadelphia with horseradish, sour cream. Add salt and pepper, you can add herbs, but I only had dry green onions.
  8. Fill the cucumbers with the filling using a pastry syringe. You can decorate with caviar, small slices of red fish or just greens.
