Cut the apples into cubes, balls or, like me, cylinders. I made them with a core remover.
The pieces should be as many as the canapes you expect to make.
Put the apples and rosemary in a saucepan, pour the wine.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes until soft. Stir occasionally so that the apples are completely covered with wine. Prepared apples put on a napkin to glass excess fluid.
Blue cheese is well mash with a fork.
Add sour cream, stir.
Then the dates. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Bread cut into small pieces or, as I have, circles.
Shift the cheese and date cream into a cooking bag and place a small amount (about 1 tsp) on half of the prepared pieces of bread. Collect the canapes: first, nanizhite a piece of Apple, then a piece of bread, and then stick the skewer in the bread with cream.
