  1. Slice the loaf into cubes or cut out hearts using cookie cutters.
  2. Pour vegetable oil (1 tbsp.l.) into the pan, lay out the hearts cut out of the loaf.
  3. Using cookie cutters, cut out the hearts from the finished slices of cheese.
  4. Grate the fried croutons in the shape of hearts with a clove of garlic.
  5. Cut the second cheese into cubes with a curly knife, they will serve as the basis for future canapes. Slices of smoked sausage, strung on skewers, alternate with cheese hearts and toasted garlic croutons. The final chord of the design of the canape will be a lettuce leaf.
