  1. Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots grated on a coarse grater and fry for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add finely chopped dill and salt to taste. Simmer the vegetables until almost cooked.
  4. Pour in the cream. Wait until they boil and add a sea cocktail. Simmer for another 5 minutes after boiling.
  5. Prepare a cocktail sauce from seafood (the sauce that we still need) and stuff them with cannelloni, boiled until soft. It was written on my package to cook for 11-15 minutes, I cooked for 10 minutes.
  6. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay out the stuffed cannelloni.
  7. Pour all the cream sauce in which we prepared a sea cocktail.
  8. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle with cannelloni. We send everything to the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
