Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add the carrots grated on a coarse grater and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add finely chopped dill and salt to taste.
Simmer the vegetables until almost cooked.
Pour in the cream. Wait until they boil and add a sea cocktail.
Simmer for another 5 minutes after boiling.
Prepare a cocktail sauce from seafood (the sauce that we still need) and stuff them with cannelloni, boiled until soft. It was written on my package to cook for 11-15 minutes, I cooked for 10 minutes.
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay out the stuffed cannelloni.
Pour all the cream sauce in which we prepared a sea cocktail.
