Carrot and Apple Casserole with Cottage Cheese “Autumn” Recipe
Delicious, tender casserole that is loved by both adults and children. The casserole turns out not only delicious, tender, but also very useful! There’s NOT a gram of sugar in here! It is better to serve it warm, and for Breakfast, and for dinner, and as a dessert for coffee or tea. To make the casserole even more delicious and beautiful, I decorated it with sesame seeds and flax.

  1. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  2. Grate the Apple on a coarse grater.
  3. Beat eggs lightly.
  4. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl.
  5. Add grated carrots, Apple, semolina, and eggs to the curd. Stir. Add the chopped dried apricots. Mix again. Sugar is not added, the casserole is moderately sweet due to carrots, apples and dried apricots! But a sweet tooth can add to your taste.
  6. The baking dish is greased with oil and filled in. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and flax on the edges.
  7. Put in a preheated oven 170 gr. until Browning, I baked for 40 minutes. Check with a splinter. Ready? We take it out and cover it with a towel. In 15-20 minutes you can bring to the table.
