  1. Sift flour and starch, add salt, sugar, seasoning ( I have Caucasian herbs), sweet paprika, yeast and adjika. Stir.
  2. Add carrots, grated on a medium grater, sesame seeds, a piece of butter, fermented baked milk. Knead dough.
  3. Knead until the dough does not fall behind the walls of the bowl. Then put the bun in a clean bowl and cover with a towel or cling film. Remove to a warm place until the dough increases in volume.
  4. Then knead the dough and put it in a greased form and leave for 20 minutes, covered with a towel. * I have a form of Easter (1.5 l.) I made thin incisions. Bake the bread in a preheated 180°C oven for ~ 30 minutes. !! FOCUS ON THE OPERATION OF YOUR OVEN!!
  5. Let the bread rest and you can start eating. Very good with chicken broth.
