For bread we need a heavy pan with a lid of 5 liters, suitable for the oven, I baked in a duck with a lid.
In a bowl sift all kinds of flour, add salt, sesame and yeast, mix.

Cover and leave at room temperature for at least 8 hours, maximum 15.
I made dough in the evening, baked in the morning.
