Carrot Salad Recipe
For some reason, I wanted to give this salad exactly that name, because it includes: horseradish and honey! The main ingredient is carrots! Well, the multicomponent refueling does everything else!

  1. Carrots are washed, cleaned, three on a coarse grater.
  2. Add 1 tsp. (with a slide) of grated horseradish root. I have a store-bought beetroot. You can add more to your liking. And mix well with the carrots.
  3. Prepare the sauce. Mix vegetable oil, honey and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk with a whisk, then add the chopped herbs and mix again!
  4. Pour the sauce into the salad, mix thoroughly and let it brew for 20-30 minutes, mix again before serving!
  5. Ready.
